Celebrate
48!
It feels good—so good to be 48!
Last month’s spiral of emotions was replaced by a month of celebration. I decided to listen to my body and my emotions and be more aware of their needs. I chose joy and celebrated the small victories, defeats, frustrations, and contentment. Celebration grounded me to the truth that these realities exist.
I have never been kinder to myself, appreciating my flaws and how I overcome this all with my Savior.
I am enjoying the spring season of my life. The growth that comes with pain, the hormonal changes in my body that cause discomfort. The new connections that bring excitement, the fading friendships that allow me to be tenderhearted and the challenges of parenting that made me more gracious to myself. Celebrating this helped me heal.

God knows how to encourage our team. Their presence was sweet kisses from heaven. We couldn’t wait for more of our global family of Jesus lovers to visit our new location.
Pioneer
Kel Steiner is passionate, zealous, and committed. His dream was to make a difference, and after 54 years of missions, he continues to do so. Though I heard him speak on several occasions, I am always excited to listen to his story. He is such an inspiration and a pillar to missions. I want to quote him, “I didn’t give up everything; I gained everything.”
Connect
YWAM Cebu Wide Prayer and Worship is a monthly gathering of YWAM ministries in Cebu. We take turns each month to host and facilitate. These activities fostered unity, camaraderie, and strong connections within the team.
Our Prayer Points
- Pray for wisdom, protection, strength, and good health.
- Pray for new supporters who will invest in the work that we do.
- Pray for remaining funds that we need for our dental work next month.
- Pray for the pioneering work next year. We will start a Discipleship Training School (DTS) focused on prayer and worship.
- Pray for committed workers who will come alongside us next year.
