Courage on Waiting
Asian Leaders Learning Community in Jeju
I am now finding the time to sit down and write a short story about this trip to South Korea. The Lord is highlighting to me in my quiet time about spring, cherry blossom and the word courage in the early part of this year. I was not expecting this trip to happen soon, and I am grateful to our Heavenly Father for providing partners who became friends or family who supported us to make this trip possible.
The Hebrew word for courage is amaz alef, meaning “to step out of our comfort zone.”. It is our spring—the season of growth, the awakening of our hearts to the new things God is bringing in.
South Korea is in the season of spring! What a beautiful way to experience spring and to reflect on the Lord’s goodness and faithfulness in our lives. The summit in Jeju is also an open door of opportunities to Asia and beyond. We look forward to the message, connections, and opportunities .

Graduating Elementary
Lala has courageously overcome challenges for the last few years. This girl have grown and conquered and I am so proud of her. She is graduating elementary school on the 28th and this trip is special to her since this is proof that God is El Roi and her Jehovah Jireh. She experienced the answers to her prayers.

I made it for 9 Weeks!
I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to complete this course because my hands were already full. I am glad I took this course this year. Listening to live discussions and videos was a very refreshing experience. The mentoring circle and break-out rooms provided an open space for learning from one another’s experiences. I thought my vision had died, but this course has brought it to life. I’m inspired to put this into action as quickly as possible with the new things that God is bringing my way. Truly, His ways are flawless! SLC-O came at the right time!
Fellowship
This was just a glimpse of the amazing fellowships that took place. Blessed to be surrounded by the CHOP team, family and new connections.
