Wrap Up
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”
~1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NIV~
Looking back…
November and December!
LEARNING COMMUNITIES
What a privilege to be part of the facilitators this year for the Strategic Leadership Course (SLC). We had around thirty (30) leaders from all over Asia, America, and Africa who graduated this year. I am so excited to be a part of this flourishing global community and so richly blessed with a pool of networks and good friends. I couldn’t wait to see this community grow in 2025 and beyond!
PRAYER AND WORSHIP CONFERENCE
November came full of disruptions and unexpected surprises.
I was in awe of the unexpected turnout of participants for the two-week prayer and worship conference. We had eighty (80) young people from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. We had each major island represented. I couldn’t believe how God worked this conference out. Organizing this event was such a huge step for a ministry in transition. I learned how to value your people more, and it reminded me as well of Apostle Paul’s life, wherein he had a deeper understanding of God’s love for others.
Truly, God is raising up a generation after His own heart. Excited for the youth of this nation!
WIP FELLOWSHIP
December was a time of surprises and sweet fellowships with Women in Progress (WIP). We showered Edith, a missionary to Palau and soon-to-be bride, with our blessings. Our prayers were answered for Edith. It was a God-ordained love story!
LALA and KHAIKHAI
The girl’s foundation day is a time for them to showcase their talents and abilities. I am immensely proud as a mom, witnessing my daughters blossom in confidence on stage and strive to become the best versions of themselves by participating in the academic competition. The awards are just rewards for their hard work and dedication. I may say, “Well done for 2024!”
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY
We spent our holiday with my late husband’s side of the family. Our photos speak volumes of love, bond, and fellowship over food. We are thankful to the Father for the gift of family.
